Suggestions for easy registration...

• First register online with ACVL (jauge.acvl.ch) to obtain a valid 2013 rating certificate, confirmed by your ACVL order number.  This is prerequisite to registering for the Bol d'Or Mirabaud.  ACVL registration may only be carried out by competitors themselves and via internet.  More information is available at www.acvl.ch. 
  Note, it's imperative to wait 5 minutes after your ACVL registration in order for your data to be transmitted to the Bol d'Or Mirabaud information system.
• If you already know you require them, obtain licenses, valid for the time of the race, from the Swiss Sailing Federation (FSV) for each of your crew members who are not regular FSV members by virtue of belonging to a member or foreign club (CHF 10.- per person).
• Establish a list of crew-members holding a FSV or foreign license.  Include the license number.

For other mono-hulls, not ACVL rated, they may only register in the NJ class.

 Two boat measurements will be needed to register as ruled in Art.4.6 of the Sailing Instruction:

• LOA: Length overall.
• SJF: Distance from the foremost point in the bow to the intersection of the forestay with the hull centerline.
